Thank you for shopping with My Solar Oven! Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
My Solar Oven products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. "Lifetime" means for as long as the original purchaser owns the oven, and coverage transfers with the product: if you sell or gift your oven, its coverage goes with it.
Warranty claims are separate from our Return & Refund Policy and are not subject to the 30-day return window.
How to file a warranty claim
To file a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. No registration is required; proof of purchase is all you need. A customer support representative will guide you through the claims process. If your claim is approved, replacement parts are shipped to you free of charge.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the care and usage instructions provided with the product. Cosmetic changes such as discoloration of interior surfaces or scratching of reflector panels from normal use are not considered defects.
Replacement parts covered by an approved warranty claim include the tempered low-iron glass door, reflector panels, self-leveling rack, ground stakes, rear metal stand with adjustable leg, and built-in thermometer.
If your oven arrives damaged in shipping or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. These claims are handled separately from standard returns and are not subject to the return restocking fee.
My Solar Oven is made in the USA by a veteran-owned, family-run small business. When you make a claim, you are talking to the people who build the ovens and stand behind them.
