Thank you for shopping with My Solar Oven! Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.


Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS from our fulfillment center in Wisconsin. Estimated delivery times for standard ground shipping are 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping Promotion

When a free shipping promotion is active, My Solar Oven covers standard ground shipping on orders where the calculated shipping cost is $69.00 or less. This applies to the vast majority of addresses within the contiguous United States. In rare cases—typically very remote or rural destinations—the calculated shipping cost may exceed $69.00. When this occurs, the free shipping promotion will not apply and the full shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer as displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions do not apply to expedited shipping methods, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless explicitly stated.

Shipping Rates Outside of Promotions

When no free shipping promotion is active, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Rates shown at checkout are final.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or international addresses at this time. We also cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, as our orders ship via UPS.

Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. My Solar Oven is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Address corrections requested after an order has shipped may incur additional carrier fees.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows visible signs of damage, please note it with the delivery driver if possible and photograph the damage before opening the box. This documentation is critical for filing a successful shipping damage claim.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [support email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of both the packaging and the product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier facility. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation. My Solar Oven is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, including those marked as left at the door, signed for by another party at the address, or delivered to an access point.

Delays & Force Majeure

My Solar Oven is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or cancelled and are subject to our Return Policy.
